Overview
A clinical-grade platform connecting patients one-to-one with doctors to improve their health over time. Patients choose their own doctor; the doctor reviews their details and health reports and prescribes a tailored set of daily activities and exercises suited to that patient's specific case. As the patient performs each exercise, a posture-AI layer monitors form in real time, prompts corrections on the spot, and scores the session — and those scores feed back to the doctor, who evaluates progress and adjusts the plan.
The challenge
Two very different users — patients and doctors — needed flows that feel simple on the surface while handling real clinical complexity underneath. Posture corrections had to appear clearly and motivatingly during an exercise without overwhelming the patient; scores and health reports had to be decision-ready for the doctor; and the whole experience had to stay clinical-grade and trustworthy — health and care, not casual fitness.
Approach
- Mapped both journeys end-to-end — patient onboarding, doctor selection, consultation, prescribed plan, guided exercise and scoring; and the doctor's review → prescribe → monitor → evaluate loop.
- Designed the patient exercise experience around real-time posture feedback — glanceable correction cues and a session score that motivates without distracting.
- Designed the doctor dashboard to surface patient health reports and posture-AI scores for fast assessment and precise activity prescription.
- Built an interactive prototype to validate the flows and demonstrate the concept end-to-end.
Outcome
A cohesive, clinical-grade product design spanning a patient mobile app and a doctor dashboard, with a prototyped end-to-end experience — from choosing a doctor to AI-tracked, doctor-evaluated daily activities.
